Due to our increasing costs and the elimination of the problems experienced in our system developments and the costs of the datacenter nodes we have built in Türkiye, we have updated our services and product pricing system.With the infrastructures we developed with Datnoc and BGP connections, our connections to various corporate and EDU networks and the new updates we made to our L3-L4 networks, you will be able to connect to our services at a faster 40 Gbit rate and 2-3 ping rate with our services in your nearby locations.
In addition to the updates we have made and the expenses related to them, we have made a 3.00% increase depending on the US inflation rates, as well as the 5.2% increase rate made by our IP provider and the official or unofficial increase of 60% as a result of the increases on Hetzner, where our main backbone is located, it has been decided to move our products to our own backbone in addition to the increase.As a result, the increase rate until our main backbone process was 16.67%.
Due to some customers abusing our 14-day return and 30-day return processes, we have switched to an hourly payment system and some system verifications for our customers in the NEMA region.
